HKU × Qiyao Institute: Cultural & Sports Facilities & Venue Planning Research（港大 × 啟鑰研究院：文體設施與場地規劃研究）
很荣幸参与由「启钥研究院」与香港大学建筑学院携手开展、聚焦香港文化体育设施与场地规划的专题研究。研究团队由李卫锋教授（Prof. Weifeng Li）、杨天人教授（Prof. Tianren Yang）及专家学者组成，多方伙伴协作推进。
本研究将以科学化数据与专业分析，系统识别现有文体设施与场地规划的短板与“痛点”，并提出面向政策与规划实践的改进建议。我们也将把其他项目中成熟的多源数据融合与数据分析方法运用到本研究中，为香港本地文化体育发展提供数据导向的系统评估与分析，更好服务市民及旅客。

I am honored to take part in a research initiative jointly launched by the Qiyao Institute and the Faculty of Architecture, The University of Hong Kong (HKU), focusing on cultural and sports facilities and venue planning in Hong Kong. The research team consists of Prof. Weifeng Li, Prof. Tianren Yang, and other experts together with collaborators from different disciplines.
This project aims to provide a data-driven, systematic assessment of existing cultural and sports venues. By identifying key gaps and operational “pain points”, we strive to propose actionable planning and policy recommendations. We will also adapt and apply data-integration and analytical methods developed in our other projects to support evidence-based decision-making for Hong Kong’s cultural and sports development, serving both residents and visitors.
